Use this form to request clinic space only. If you need to borrow traps, you will need to request those from the TRAPS tab as well.
Please make note that there is a wait list for clinic. It is allocated based on resource & the highest need. We appreciate your patience while being placed on the wait-list.
If you wish to skip the waiting list, however, we do have a cat voucher program that is always available. Vouchers are $50 each, are good for 3 months from the date issued & can be used with a myriad of approved vets.

I understand that Operation Catnip clinics are for un-owned (stray, feral) cats that live outdoors ONLY.
I understand that Operation Catnip clinics are not for cats that I intend to keep or adopt to another person.
I understand that all cats must be brought to the clinic in a humane trap and not a carrier, even if I can pick up the cat.
I understand that since I am presenting un-owned cats, I agree to relinquish them to a rescue organization if space is offered.
I understand that I cannot offer my clinic space to another party and I will notify Operation Catnip if I am unable to use my space.
I understand that non-compliance with any of the above will result in refusal of Operation Catnip services. *
